By hiring services from JD Developer, through Fiverr, our website, or any other communication channel, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

JD Developer provides professional services including, but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Web development solutions
• Webflow development and customization
• Website optimization and performance improvements
• SEO implementation
• UI/UX improvements
• Maintenance and support (if agreed)

The scope of work is defined in the project description, proposal, or Fiverr gig details.

2. Project Scope & Revisions

• Work is delivered based on the agreed scope.
• Revisions are limited to what is specified in the Fiverr gig or written agreement.
• Any additional features or requests outside the original scope may require an extra fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information, content, and assets in a timely manner
• Ensure legal ownership or rights to all materials provided
• Communicate feedback clearly and promptly

JD Developer is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late client responses.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Fiverr or the agreed platform.
• Work begins only after payment confirmation.
• Refunds are handled according to Fiverr’s policies and project status.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
• JD Developer may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

JD Developer may use third-party tools and platforms (including Webflow, hosting providers, plugins, and integrations).
JD Developer is not responsible for pricing changes, downtime, or policy updates from third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

JD Developer is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, business interruptions, or indirect damages
• Issues caused by third-party services or platforms
• Modifications made by the client or third parties after project delivery

8. Maintenance & Support

Unless explicitly included:

• Ongoing maintenance and support are not part of the project
• Additional work requires a new agreement or order

9. Confidentiality

All client information, project files, and communications are treated as confidential.

10. Termination

JD Developer reserves the right to terminate services if:

• These Terms are violated
• Communication becomes unprofessional or abusive
• The client fails to provide necessary information or cooperation

11. Changes to Terms

JD Developer may update these Terms at any time. Updates apply to future projects.
